Job Coach
Wirral Youth Guarantee Trailblazer
Salary: £27,093 – £31,608 full-time (Flexi-time system in operation).
Location: Majority of time based in Wirral office.
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Job Coach to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals. In this role, you will work closely with young people to help them navigate their personal growth, develop essential life skills, achieve their goals and gain meaningful employment.
Progression Coach
Salary: £27,093 to £31,608 full time. (Flexi-time system in operation).
Part Time / Secondment to be considered.
Location: Agile Working across the Liverpool City Region
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Progression Coach to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of young individuals. This role will involve a focus on fostering confidence, resilience, and positive attitudes. Whether through one-on-one support, work experience, or group activities, the purpose would be to provide the resources and encouragement they need to thrive.
Progression Mentor
Salary: £27,810 Full Time (Flexi-time system in operation).
Part Time / Term Time working will be considered and will be pro rata.
Location: Based at our Bootle office, but travel will be throughout the Liverpool City Region to various schools.
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Progression Mentor to join our team and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people. This role will involve coordinating, developing and delivering ‘education to employment’ transition and employability activities and leading both group and 121 mentor sessions with young people who are at risk of NEET (Not in Employment, Education or Training).
