Support for unemployed 18 to 21 year olds in liverpool

Elevate Education Business Partnership (EBP) is offering a 16-week programme aimed at young people (aged 18-21) who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) and living in Liverpool, as part of the Youth Guarantee Trailblazer.

Participants will leave the programme with improved confidence, clarity about their next steps to progression, an updated CV, and increased awareness of local employment and training routes.

The programme will operate on a one-to-one basis, with a strong emphasis on family connection and support back into education or employment. We will create a safe, productive and warm relationship with participants.

Over the 16 weeks, young people will take part in:

– Onboarding, introductions and initial goal setting.

– Personal development sessions and reducing barriers.

– Employability skills development, employer engagement activities, workplace visits, and final progression planning.

– Individual progression reviews at the end of the programme and signposting to employment, education and training opportunities and local partners. Plus, keeping in touch for an initial period of settling into their next destination.

Each participant will receive a £25 voucher on completion of the programme.
