About the programme:

Our Practice Interview Programme is the perfect opportunity for your students to gain knowledge and experience of the job application process – from applying for a job, to attending the interview and building a good rapport with the employer. Students finish our Practice Interview process with more confidence and an increased self-esteem and will benefit from the feedback and insights given to them by real business professionals.

As part of the programme, Elevate EBP will deliver a whole year group event to your students, this can be held both in-house or virtually. Students will all recieve an individual interview with a business professional, followed by verbal feedback from their interviewer and written feedback for the student to take away. We can deliver an application form workshop, either in the form of an assembly or smaller workshops prior to the event. We also offer opportunities to expand the programme to include Assessment Centres, CV Writing etc. Our Practice Interview Programme meets Gatsby Benchmarks 3 and 5.
